Most of our customers tend to write their own website content. This is personal to you and you can articulate your own business the best. We can however help with some copywriting service if required, for an additional charge.

We have access to premium  'stock' images that can be used free of charge for your website. However, we recommend most businesses to showcase their own work, with their own photography where possible.

We’d be sad to see you go, however, we ask for 30 days notice via email or phone. Please note there is no cancellation fee. As we build and host all of our websites and are part of your monthly plans, we cannot transfer these to another provider. Therefore when you leave us, your website will be taken down but your domain name will be given to you as this is yours. Any fees on transferring the domain name will lie with you and not us.
